DAY 14, TOT 6.5

DAY 14 โ€“ May 12
๐Ÿ“ Washington โ†’ St. Louis
๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ Miles: ~60

Rolling into a major milestone.

Had a busy end to the day yesterday trying to find a camping spot, but the journey kept moving forward. Mark was joined by longtime mountain biking friend Greg Bean, who rode alongside him on the Katy Trail and again today as they rolled into St. Louis. Mark and Greg first met years ago while living in Madison, Wisconsin, and have shared many rides together over the years.

Todayโ€™s ride leads into Event #3 at the SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital Healing Garden – another opportunity to share the mission, connect with the community, and keep the momentum going.

Crossing the Mississippi River into Illinois tonight with purpose still leading every mile forward.

โœจ Fun fact: The Mississippi River is the second-longest river in North America and has served as a major transportation route for centuries.

One conversation. One ride. One story at a time.

โœจ Fun fact: St. Louis is home to the iconic Gateway Arch, the tallest monument in the U.S.
