Trail thoughts:

Every Organ Trail ride the mom of my best friend, Mark Bruner, comes to me.
Joanne came to me this morning as she blew me down the road in a 20 mph tailwind.
The phrase “no chain” came to me, made popular by mtn biker Bob Roll. Joanne not only introduced me to Bob via his book, but also compared me to him via our numerous, and sometimes horrific bike crashes.
Joanne loved biking and I’m sure she’d have joined me many times along THE ORGAN TRAIL.
She’d definitely here in spirit and as my guardian angel.
