From hospital walls…to open roads.

Today began at SSM Health in St. Louis, a place where lives are saved every single day, before heading north along the mighty Mississippi River. The journey now follows the legendary Great River Road — a 3,000-mile National Scenic Byway stretching through 10 states from Minnesota to the Gulf of Mexico.

Battling headwinds all day, but the mission keeps moving forward. Saw plenty of action happening along the trail and river towns as the miles rolled on.

✨ Fun fact: Grafton sits at the confluence of the Mississippi and Illinois Rivers — two powerful forces coming together, just like donor and recipient.

Meeting with local offices of our US Senators and Representatives discussing the END KIDNEY DEATHS ACT.
