Day 15. Rochester to Prior Lake, MN

Left Rochester this morning after 2 great days.
We stayed with more friends of the ultra-community, Joe and Sara Greseth Lovett. Great hosts!!
They’ve both participated in the Arrowhead 135 and the Tuscobia Winter Ultra.


Our ultra buddy Charly Tri of My Bike Guy in Rochester came by to send us off.


Buddy David-Mary Pramann rode with us the 83 today back to his house at Prior Lake, MN.

Christine Smith, kidney donor coordinator at Mayo Clinic Rochester Mn and her friend Carolyn rode with us 30 some miles then turned around to a 20 mph wind and headed back to Rochester.


We picked up another rider, Double Donor Mark Hansen, who started into the wind from Prior Lake and met us about half way, turned around and finished with us. Mark donated his kidney in 2021 and a piece of his liver in December of 2023 at Keck Medicine of USC.


9 miles from the end Dave and Mary’s two boys, Lue and Chue joined in. What energy, they could have done much more. At their baseball game now.


A great day riding and getting to know others in the donation community.
